This month, we are showcasing one of our favorite projects to date! Talk about a total transformation. The Centerpiece: A Grand Pavilion

At the heart of this transformation sits a magnificent 24′ x 24′ pavilion, crafted with premium Ipe wood decking and featuring an open, airy design that invites you to unwind. Rough-hewn Douglas Fir posts and a red metal roof create a rustic yet refined atmosphere perfect for gathering with family and friends.

Culinary Paradise: Outdoor Kitchen

Food lovers will delight in the expansive outdoor kitchen, complete with a professional-grade cooking area and a charming pergola. A custom stone pizza oven adds a touch of gourmet flair, transforming ordinary meals into memorable experiences.

Fireplace and Cabana: Comfort Meets Style

A stunning stone fireplace anchors the space, providing warmth and ambiance – complete with its own built-in humidor. Adjacent, a thoughtfully designed cabana offers a convenient changing area and outdoor shower, ensuring comfort and privacy.

Pristine Pool Decking, Boulder Wall, and Full Landscape Design

The project crowns a spectacular infinity pool with carefully selected stonework and strategic landscaping. A dramatic boulder wall, spa, and stone staircase complete the transformation, creating a seamless connection between the built environment and natural surroundings. Lighting and irrigation round out the finishing touches on this project.

EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT

Adan Beltran

Meet Adan Beltran, a dedicated Hardscape Installation Foreman who has been an integral part of the Earthadelic family for 10 incredible years! Adan has called Knoxville home for the past 19 years, bringing with him a rich background in concrete wall construction. With an impressive career trajectory, he has spent 7 years as a Hardscape Foreman, training dozens of team members who have gone on to become foremen themselves.

Adan’s journey is a testament to hard work and loyalty – he’s only had two jobs in his entire life! He comes from a large family of 9 siblings. His personal life centers around his 14-year-old son. Though they don’t live together full-time, Adan cherishes every weekend spent with his son.

A passionate team player, Adan is deeply grateful for Earthadelic’s supportive environment. He believes the company is unique in how it nurtures employee growth and potential. When he’s not leading hardscape installations, you might find him enthusiastically participating in company games or watching soccer – a sport he once played avidly. Adan’s commitment to his craft, his family, and Earthadelic shines through in every project he touches.

Adan says, he is very thankful for the opportunity to work at Earthadelic, cares deeply about its customers and the future of our company so it continues to be the best in East Tennessee. He strongly believes this company is one of a kind in the way it treats its employees and supports their futures in a progressive proactive manner.
