At Earthadelic, our success rides on more than just our skilled teams in the field. Behind the scenes, our mechanic team works tirelessly keeping our fleet in prime condition. We’re proud to have such a top-notch team of mechanics.
Let’s meet the skilled professionals who ensure our equipment runs smoothly every single day:
Osvaldo “Oz” Sanchez
Oz joined our team in January 2024, bringing decades of mechanical expertise. Since the 1980s, he’s been mastering the art of vehicle maintenance. Oz recently moved to Kodak, Tennessee from Jersey via Florida, but now calls the Volunteer State home. His primary focus is maintaining our company trucks, ensuring they’re always ready for action. Fluent in two languages, Oz’s bilingual skills come in handy making sure issues are communicated properly.
Off the clock, Oz recently celebrated his biggest achievement yet – the birth of his sixth child! He and his fiancée Jennifer welcomed their newest family member this past weekend. We’re thrilled to extend our warmest congratulations to the growing family. Oz is proving he can juggle wrenches and baby bottles with equal skill!
Noah Ward
A Loudon County native, Noah has been part of the Earthadelic family since April 2022. He brings a unique blend of hometown roots and mechanical expertise to our Earthadelic team. Noah’s connection to the area runs deep, matching his passion for all things mechanical. His journey into the world of mechanics started early. At just 12 years old, Noah began learning the ins and outs from his grandfather, laying the groundwork for his future career. This early start gave Noah a solid foundation, which he’s been building on ever since.
Noah has become an invaluable member of our mechanic team. His primary focus is on our trailers, but his skills extend to trucks and various other machines. Noah’s versatility and problem-solving abilities make him our go-to person for a wide range of mechanical challenges. Outside of work, Noah is planning for another big milestone in his life – his upcoming wedding to fiancée Zennia!
Rodnie Philpot
Hailing from Corbin, Kentucky, Rodnie brings a wealth of experience to our team. His impressive background includes 10 years as a US Navy Machinist Mate and Gas Turbine Mechanic, followed by 11 years as a National Guard mechanic. With over three decades of mechanical experience since 1990, Rodnie’s expertise is invaluable. He focuses on our machines and attachments, keeping them in top shape. When not in the shop, Rodnie enjoys family life with his wife Renee and their three daughters.
This talented trio forms the backbone of our mechanic team, ensuring that Earthadelic’s fleet is always ready for any challenge. Their diverse backgrounds, extensive experience, and dedication to their craft make them a vital part of our success. We’re grateful for their hard work and the crucial role they play in keeping Earthadelic moving forward!
